1. Issuance Eligibility Criteria

Certificates of Completion, Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and appreciation tokens are not generated automatically upon registration. To qualify for official credentials, participants must meet the following baseline evaluation bars:

Minimum Attendance:Mandatory 75% attendance record during live instruction models or interactive bootcamp hours.
Project Benchmarks:Successful completion and deployment of all core domain capstone assignments.
Plagiarism Audit:Passing our automated source-code review checks with absolute originality (no leaked or shared repos).

2. Digital Verification Framework

Every certificate issued by Matnite Infotech comes embedded with a distinct **Universal Credential ID** and a dynamic verification URL hosted on our tracking portal.

Background check agencies, university registrars, and corporate HR recruiters can instantly validate the authenticity of the file by querying our live lookup index. Altered graphics, mismatched IDs, or local PDF tampering will result in a validation failure.

3. Certificate Revocation & Misuse

Matnite Infotech reserves absolute rights to retroactively terminate, freeze, or remove verification links from credentials if any of the following parameters are identified post-delivery:

  • ✕Discovery of code piracy, repository spoofing, or fraudulent submission documents.
  • ✕Misrepresentation of your achieved role tier or duration timeline on external sites like LinkedIn.
  • ✕Behavioral policy infractions or malicious server resource exploitation during the program.

4. Name Updates & Re-issuance Cadence

Certificates are mapped directly to the naming configurations provided by the user during profile registration steps.

  1. 01.Typographical errors can be updated free of charge within 7 days of digital certificate delivery.
  2. 02.Re-issuance requests sent after the 7-day cutoff phase may require administrative verification and token processing charges.
  3. 03.To open an identity modification claim, send your active order references and accurate identity proof to support@matnite.in.
