1. Ownership of Assets & Systems
All digital assets, infrastructure elements, proprietary software, source code bases, UI designs, system architectures, database schema layouts, training materials, lecture transcripts, corporate logos, and brand components are the exclusive property of **Matnite Infotech**.
These elements are strictly protected under local and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, screen scraping, or extraction of our system models is strictly prohibited.
2. Limited Usage License
When you enroll in our training modules, internship cohorts, workshops, or hackathons, Matnite Infotech grants you a temporary, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to access and view the provided resources.
Under this limited license, you explicitly agree not to:
- Redistribute, copy, or resell training documents, slide decks, or video records.
- Incorporate proprietary platform UI code snippets into external commercial properties.
- Bypass digital rights management (DRM) configurations to download streaming content locally.
3. User & Intern Code Submissions
By submitting functional software layers, project applications, system bug-fixes, or capstone repositories while participating in our internship tracks or platform events, you acknowledge the following assignment terms:
All production solutions engineered specifically to fulfill internship milestones, group challenges, or client simulations remain the property of Matnite Infotech. This assignment grants the company full rights to optimize, scale, deploy, or open-source these elements.
Interns retain full rights to display their individual structural contributions within personal portfolio logs or static CV summaries, provided no internal system keys, private databases, or confidential server configurations are exposed.
4. Open-Source Software Compliance
Matnite Infotech respect third-party public package ecosystems. Where open-source npm modules, public git utilities, or dependencies under MIT, Apache, or GPL criteria are utilized inside our development tracks, proper attribution and legal compliance headers are maintained securely. We expect all community contributors to strictly adhere to identical tracking norms when crafting features.
5. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements
We take copyright claims seriously. If you believe any training resource, public sample code, or presentation layer hosted on our network infringes upon your explicit copyright or trademark rights, you can file an infringement report.
Please submit a formal notice detailing the identification of the protected work, explicit locations of the infringing material on our platform, and your complete contact credentials directly to our compliance officers:support@matnite.com
Upon verified tracking review, our internal engineering cell will remove or isolate disputed contents immediately pending final audit determinations.
